One of Florida’s bright lights, Rico Cartel, has released his fifth official release for the year entitled “Z In Texas.”

The track is accompanied by an official companion visual that shows off Rico’s lifestyle as he and his crew travel around Texas. “Z In Texas” comes on the heels of Rico’s previous singles “Belt 2 AzZ,” “Goin For None,” “Face” and “Can’t Be Fked With.”

The Orlando-based rapper broke through in 2017 upon releasing the track “Thuggin Witcha,” which would appear on his debut mixtape, “Rise Of Rico.” He took extended breaks between releases, but always found new creative energy eventually, as he did in 2019 after releasing two mixtapes, “Jungle Szn” and “Clever Lil Steppa.” A third mixtape emerged in 2021 entitled “Legendary Nightz.”
