ScHoolboy Q will unveil his highly anticipated sixth studio LP, “Blue Lips,” on March 1, his first album in five years.

Earlier this week, the Top Dawg Ent. rapper decided to give fans two new visuals from the project for “Blueslides” and “Back n Love,” both of which Q co-directed with James Edward.

The former is a low-key, jazzy track, while the latter, which pairs Q with Devin Malik, is harder and grimier.

“Blueslides” takes a more introspective approach. On the Tae Beast, Mario Luciano, and Jason Woo song, the rapper reflects on life, grief, and the pressure to succeed.

“Man I gotta shake this sh*t, wake up and move with a purpose/ Been in prison in my own house, I don’t know if they noticed/ I done broke down so many times, next time, it gon’ catch me/ I done helped out so many people, they took me for granted,” ScHoolboy Q spits.

In “Back n Love,” the 37-year-old finds himself flexing his lyrical skills as he boasts his passion for the Rap game.

“Top-down boy, look at my past/ Got a gold grill, platinum my plaques/ On the frontline, had to move sacks/ Y’all little rap ni**as just rap,” Q rhymes.
