Sexyy Red recently shared photos from Tay Keith‘s funeral, amidst an ongoing lawsuit with her label over royalties owed to the late producer.

Despite some early criticism from fans regarding her tributes, the confusion has since been resolved. The rapper from St. Louis expressed her condolences by posting a series of heartfelt images from the funeral held in Memphis earlier this week.

“I love you tay I will never ever forget about u ever #MyBruddersKeeper,” she captioned her post.

The photo dump featured various pics of her all-black outfit, whether it was getting ready, in the car, or at the ceremony’s various parts. The late producer’s sister chimed into Sexyy’s comments section with a thankful and loving message.

“Thank you sooo much for coming,” she wrote. “My brother LOVED YOU! My family and I appreciate you! We Locked in forever! And y’all still Shaq and Kobe!!”

Other attendees at Tay Keith’s funeral included BlocBoy JB and Turbo. The event was deeply emotional, but those close to Keith are determined to continue celebrating his life long after this day.

In a recent development, Sexyy Red spoke about the Tay Keith label situation in a letter to the judge regarding the lawsuit against her label, Rebel Music. Although the lawsuit reportedly mentioned her, she clarified that she was not involved in the payment issues.

Both parties have since confirmed they are working towards a friendly resolution.
