Late rapper Takeoff will be posthumously featured on Ty Dolla $ign and Kanye West‘s upcoming album, “Vultures 2.”
A verse from the Migos member is set to appear on the track “Let Me Chill Out” alongside Rich The Kid and NBA YoungBoy. The joint record is said to be one of the “highlight tracks” of the upcoming project.
Earlier this week, Ye confirmed that the second installation in their “Vultures” collab series will be dropping on May 3.
Since Takeoff’s death in November 2022, the rapper has also been featured on “Patty Cake” and “Back Where It Begins” from Quavo’s 2023 album “Rocket Power,” which was dedicated to the rapper’s memory.
Takeoff was fatally shot by what is believed to be a stray bullet in Houston on November 2022. Patrick Xavier Clark was arrested and charged with the rapper’s murder in May 2023.
In 2021, Migos responded to the rumours that they almost signed to Kanye West‘s GOOD Music label in 2016.
