Despite multiple delays, Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign‘s long-awaited collabo album, “Vultures 1,” finally dropped on February 10.
The duo’s critically acclaimed LP is projected to open at #1 on next week’s Billboard 200 chart.
As per HITS Daily Double, “Vultures” is projected to debut with a total of 140,000 equivalent album units, including 15,000 in album sales. This will mark Ye’s 11th #1 effort and Ty’s first on the Billboard 200.
For West, the first-week numbers mark a 55% drop from the 309,000 album units sold for his last solo album, 2021’s “Donda.”
Released as the first of a three-volume album set, the 16-track project boasts guest appearances from Travis Scott, Chris Brown, Lil Durk, Lil Baby, Future, Playboi Carti, Freddie Gibbs, and more as well as production contributions from Timbaland, 88-Keys, No I.D., and West himself.
