When YoungBoy Never Broke Again was arrested in September 2020, he was slapped with bond conditions including mandated drug tests, curfew check-ins and monthly office visits.

Court documents filed in a Louisiana court, per a regional report from WAFB9, show that the Baton Rouge rapper had been told to remain active in daily curfew calls, randomized drug tests, and monthly visits. YoungBoy complied with the required calls portion of the bond conditions. However, he is said to have not complied with the other requirements.

A representative for the corrections service revealed that YoungBoy violated the conditions by skipping court-mandated drug tests. He missed his last appointment with them back in January because he had to have some dental work done. He did not reschedule the appointment.

In March, YoungBoy was arrested by the FBI and indicted on federal charges for an arrest from last September. He was arrested on drug and firearm charges after detectives received an anonymous tip that guns were being brandished on a Baton Rouge street.

According to reports, he attempted to flee on foot after authorities tried to pull him over due to an outstanding federal warrant. Police reportedly used a K-9 unit to track him down.

YoungBoy reportedly has a scheduled hearing in April where his attorney will seek to have all of his bond conditions dismissed. His attorney released a statement at the time claiming the rapper would be proven innocent.

They arrested several people and there was no indication that he had any guns or drugs on him at the time of the arrest. I ultimately believe he will be found innocent in all of this.
