Grammy Award-winning superstar Cardi B made her eagerly-anticipated return with the release of “Hot Shit (ft. Kanye West & Lil Durk)” via Atlantic Records. First previewed with an epic teaser during the 2022 BET Awards ceremony, the track featuring three of the most powerful forces in modern rap is now joined by a larger-than-life visual.
The official music video – directed by award-winning filmmaker Lado Kvataniya and featuring Cardi towering over her hometown of New York City – is streaming now via YouTube. The visual shows Cardi B walking up along the side of a building and appearing atop a skyline. Durk and Ye also appear in the visual.
The critically-acclaimed “Hot Shit” – which has already earned over 28 million global streams – has been making waves since its July 1st release, hailed as a song of the summer contender. Produced by Grammy Award nominee Tay Keith (Drake, Travis Scott, Lil Nas X), “Hot Shit” marks Cardi B’s first solo single in over a year, following the RIAA 2x platinum certified “Up.”
“Hot Shit,” which debuted at #13 on the Billboard Hot 100, is set to appear on Cardi’s long-awaited sophomore album, the follow-up to her 2018 debut “Invasion Of Privacy.”
