Kodak Black has run into more legal trouble in Florida, again involving his car and alleged drug possession.
The popular Florida rapper, born Bill Kapri, was booked in Broward County on charges of cocaine possession, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and improperly parking or stopping a vehicle on Thursday morning (December 14), according to jail records.
Police approached the “No Flockin” rapper when they found his Bentley SUV parked in the roadway on Thursday. When officers approached the vehicle, they spotted a styrofoam cup filled with a substance that “smelled like alcohol,” according to the arrest report, which prompted probable cause to search the vehicle. Subsequently, police claim they found “cannabis wrapping paper and suspect cannabis residue” on the car’s console, and white powder falling from the rapper’s clothes.
According to an arrest report from the Plantation Police Department, Kodak was also caught swallowing a mouthful of cocaine during a traffic stop, which led to his arrest on drug charges.
Furthermore, the record reveals that the rapper entered not-guilty pleas to all his charges on Friday and was then released with his bond being posted that same day.
According to a Notice of Appearance filed in Kodak Black’s case, he reportedly requests a trial by jury.
