Drake has returned to the spotlight with a new solo single.

The Toronto artist is gearing up to release a new album expected to drop this summer with many speculating it to be titled “Iceman.”

Most recently, Drizzle unveiled his brand new “What Did I Miss?” in a surprise livestream. In the video, he plays a fictional employee at a Toronto ice storage facility called “The Iceman,” using a cinematic, narrative-driven format to build intrigue.

The song features Drake delivering his signature blend of slick melodies and razor-sharp raps.

Backed by a stacked production team including Tay Keith, OZ, London Cyr, and FNZ, “What Did I Miss?” heard Drake reflecting on the aftermath of his high-profile lyrical battle with Kendrick Lamar and targeted the people he feels distanced themselves during the conflict.

Drake calls out unnamed individuals for “playing both sides,” rapping pointed bars like “You switched on the guys and supported a hater” and “It’s love for my brothers and death to a traitor.”

“Askin’ me, ‘How did it feel?’ Can’t say it didn’t surprise me,” Drake rapped. “Last time I looked to my right, you n**gas was standing beside me, how can some people I love hang around p**sies who try me?”

The jabs continue in the second verse with a line that references Lamar’s star-studded Juneteenth concert back in 2024: “I saw bro went to ‘Pop Out’ with them, but been d**k-riding gang since ‘Headlines.’”

Many also speculated that the 6 God was taking aim at NBA stars LeBron James and DeMar DeRozan.
