A former child actor has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging sexual misconduct during his teenage years.

According to TMZ’s report on June 9, the plaintiff, who has chosen to remain anonymous, claims he encountered Diddy at a Hollywood networking event in 2007 while still a minor.

The lawsuit alleges that Diddy invited him to have a private conversation, during which the music mogul purportedly began touching him inappropriately before performing oral sex on him.

After the incident, Diddy allegedly promised to keep the young actor in mind for future opportunities and left him alone in the room. The accuser states that he departed the event shortly thereafter, deeply shaken.

In response to the allegations, Diddy’s team has issued a statement to TMZ addressing the situation.

“The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”

This incident adds to the growing number of civil cases Diddy is presently facing. The founder of Bad Boy is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence after being convicted on two charges related to the transportation of individuals for prostitution. His expected release date is February 23, 2028.

Additionally, last week saw the online leak of a sex tape involving Diddy, Daphne Joy, and a male sex worker.
