During an appearance on The Breakfast Club, Pusha T shared updates about his upcoming music endeavors.
Around the 5:42 point in the video, he informed DJ Envy that along with wrapping up his solo album, a new Clipse project is also under development.
“So have y’all started yet? Is it your album? Clipse album”? DJ Envy inquired.
New Clipse Album In The Works
“Yeah, Yeah, Yeah. All of the above. All everything. Everything,” Push coyly replied. “One project is done already,” he added, possibly referring to his solo effort. “We working on another one.”
“With Pharrell?” Envy asked King Push, to which he responded definitively, “Yeah, only [Pharrell].”
In an interesting turn, Charlamagne Tha God, the co-host of TBC, inquired about the potential of a solo project from No Malice.
“You might get one of those though, for sure,” Push replied.
The 49-year-old artist hasn’t put out a solo album since “It’s Almost Dry” in April 2022. Meanwhile, the Clipse’s 2025 project, “Let God Sort ‘Em Out”, was nominated for a Grammy for Best Rap Album, but ultimately lost to Kendrick Lamar’s “GNX”.
Interestingly, though, the duo won a Grammy for Best Rap Performance with their dark track “Chains & Whips,” featuring K-Dot and Pharrell.
