Young Thug passionately claims he would have sacrificed his life for Rich Homie Quan while acknowledging he made mistakes.

Recently, Rich Homie Quan’s close associate, Rich Homie Nard, posted a nostalgic video on Instagram, capturing a moment when Thugger and Rich Homie were enjoying each other’s company in brighter times.

In the caption, Nard appealed to Young Thug to release any lingering bitterness towards the late Rich Homie Quan. He also mentioned leaked jail conversations where the Atlanta artist was overheard criticizing some of his fellow musicians.

“@thuggerthugger1 u said until we d.i.e Quan gone and not coming back come on slime !!!!!! Y’all ni**as was kids having y’all way @richhomiequan loved u homie…Stop doing da homie like dat that’s not P slime! u tattooed shawty name on you, bro,” he wrote.

“The same way them ni**as forgave you for talking about them on that phone to your girl give him the same common courtesy slime!!! Nobody’s perfect!!! Players f**k up 2!!!” he added.

On September 26, Young Thug reacted to Nard’s Instagram post, expressing that he would have risked his life for RHQ.

Thugger Responds

“My brada forever never ever said nun bout bro even when he called me gay publicly,” Thug wrote in the comment section. “My sons called me and asked me was I gay cause of that nard. U no I would’ve died bout that boy, I no he know that. Players f**k up [mending heart emoji].”

Before the unfortunate passing of Rich Homie Quan in September 2024, he and Spider were involved in a public altercation following Quan’s departure from Rich Gang in 2015.

Sadly, they never mended their relationship before Quan’s death. Since then, Thug has expressed profound regret for not settling their differences and maintained that he remained consistent in his stance toward Quan.
