Diddy‘s time in prison is reportedly marked by luxuries uncommon to most inmates.

According to NBC News, which interviewed several former co-detainees of Sean Combs at Fort Dix federal prison, the fallen mogul is leading a life of relative comfort by prison standards.

The troubled Bad Boy executive is allegedly shelling out large sums of money to support a lavish lifestyle behind bars. This includes using a cell phone for browsing Instagram and receiving nude photos, consuming liquor like Hennessy, and purchasing antidepressants with mood enhancers, as reported by unnamed sources.

Such amenities are strictly prohibited under federal regulations for inmates.

“This is not some normal s–t you see in jail. This is some rich s–t,” an inmate told NBC News. “It looks crazy, but again, it’s Diddy.”

The report indicates that Diddy has been paying other inmates to prepare meals like pizza and empanadas for him, as well as clean his living space, make his bed, scrub his toilet, and wash his shower before use. The indulgence apparently extends further, with inmates reportedly giving him massages.

Additionally, the 56-year-old is said to have obtained a modified tablet, granting him access to a variety of shows and movies. Surprisingly, among the selections he has watched is 50 Cent’s docuseries “Sean Combs: The Reckoning” on Netflix, which chronicles Combs’ career trajectory and details his alleged history of sexual misconduct.

“Like all correctional agencies, contraband — particularly cell phones, narcotics and weapons — remains a constant challenge, and we continue to tackle the problem of contraband being introduced into our facilities,” a spokesperson for the Bureau of Prisons told NBC News.

A spokesperson for Combs tells Billboard: “The continued scrutiny of every mundane detail of Sean Combs’s life in prison has reached the point where the media characterizes ordinary prison life as news. The only real news is that Sean continues to serve his sentence within the rules and he patiently awaits the court’s decision on his appeal.”

50 found amusement in the thought of his longtime rival watching his docuseries from a prison cell. He wrote on Instagram, expressing his excitement about his Emmy-winning documentary, “Sean Combs: The Reckoning”, now available on Netflix and jokingly suggesting it would be “coming to a prison near you.”

Diddy is set to stay at New Jersey’s low-security Fort Dix until his anticipated release in early 2028. Combs received a 50-month sentence in October 2025 after being convicted on two charges related to transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
