The 50 Cent Tia Kemp legal dispute has taken a serious turn, moving beyond social media insults and celebrity feuding into a courtroom fight over alleged online harassment of a child.

The rapper is asking a Florida judge to intervene after accusing Kemp, the former partner of Rick Ross, of repeatedly targeting his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson, in public posts. The case raises an uncomfortable question about where online beef ends and the protection of a minor begins.

According to court documents reported by TMZ, 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, is seeking an injunction to stop Kemp from allegedly stalking, cyberstalking or harassing his son. The claims have not been established in court.

50 Cent Says Online Attacks Have Crossed a Line

The filing alleges that Kemp made derogatory remarks about Sire, including comments about his speech and suggestions that he may be on the autism spectrum. Jackson also objects to posts that allegedly paired images of his son with sexually suggestive material.

According to the complaint, the alleged conduct appeared across multiple online platforms over several days. Jackson claims the posts have caused his son embarrassment and emotional distress.

The rapper’s legal team reportedly sent Kemp a cease-and-desist letter demanding that she remove the material and stop discussing the teenager. The filing alleges that Kemp subsequently shared part of the letter online rather than complying.

For a celebrity known for public feuds and sharp social media attacks, the dispute presents a striking shift in tone. Jackson is now asking the court to draw a boundary around what he says is harmful attention directed at his child.

Tia Kemp Fires Back as the Feud Escalates

Kemp has pushed back publicly, accusing 50 Cent of provoking the conflict and rejecting what she portrays as an attempt to intimidate her with legal threats. Her response signals that the dispute may not end with a court filing.

The conflict also unfolds against the backdrop of the long-running tension between 50 Cent and Rick Ross, adding another layer to an already volatile hip-hop rivalry.

Still, the central issue is bigger than celebrity competition. Social media can turn personal disputes into public spectacles within minutes, but when a minor becomes the target, the consequences can reach far beyond entertainment.

The judge will have to consider the allegations and applicable legal standards before deciding whether to grant the requested restrictions. Until then, the claims remain allegations—not findings of wrongdoing.
