Former Hip-Hop mogul Diddy is still navigating legal challenges, including numerous lawsuits.
One significant lawsuit involves a male sex worker reportedly hired by Diddy for alleged extravagant parties. Clayton Howard recently moved to expand his trafficking lawsuit against Diddy.
However, Diddy’s legal team is attempting to block this, arguing that Howard is adding to a case that may be faltering. They suggest that Howard is not seeking justice but rather a swift financial gain, exploiting Diddy’s conviction under the Mann Act for financial purposes.
While Diddy was convicted of prostitution transportation charges, the racketeering and sex trafficking charges were not proven.
Since Howard’s lawsuit was filed in July 2025, Diddy’s team has been actively contesting it, claiming Howard participated in the events willingly rather than being victimized by the alleged actions.
While Diddy is in the process of appealing his conviction, rumors circulated over the weekend that he might be considered for a pardon by Donald Trump. Earlier in January, the president had denied any intentions of granting Diddy a pardon.
