Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with another lawsuit, this time for a $10 million sexual battery suit in Los Angeles.

The incarcerated Hip-Hop mogul has been accused by a woman of dangling her over the 17th-floor balcony of his ex Casandra “Cassie” Ventura’s apartment.

Bryana “Bana” Bongolan filed a 17-page lawsuit against Combs for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and other claims.

“On or about September 26. 2016, Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs sexually battered Ms. Bryana ‘Bana’ Bongolan, dangled her off of a 17-story-high balcony and then slammed her into the patio furniture on the balcony,” the complaint alleges.

“His outrageous and abhorrent conduct violated Ms. Bongolan’s fundamental dignity, bodily autonomy, and sense of safety,” the file continues.

“This event was the culmination of a series of threats, intimidation, and violence that colored many of Ms. Bongolan’s interactions with Mr. Combs from the day she met him,” the complaint says.

A legal representative for Combs denied Bongolan’s allegations in a statement.

“Anyone has the right to file a lawsuit, regardless of the evidence they may or may not have. Since last year, Ms. Bongolan has expressed an intention to sue Mr. Combs and has sought legal representation to pursue her claims,” the rep said. “Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless.”

This is the latest bad news for Diddy in amid his ongoing legal trial. Earlier this week, his request for bail was denied for a third time based on his inability to abide by restrictions including conducting three way phone calls and using the phone access code of other inmates.

Combs was arrested in a New York City hotel lobby by the federal government on Sept. 16. The 55-year-old business mogul has been charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
