J. Cole confirmed that he is finishing up work on his upcoming album, “The Fall Off.”

On Friday (February 2), the Dreamville head honcho performed on stage at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida alongside Drake for the opening night of their “It’s All a Blur – Big As The What?” tour.

During his set, Cole revealed that he was nearing completion of his highly anticipated album.

“Right now, I’m at the tail-end of working on this album I’ve been working on for a long time,” Cole said. “It’s called ‘The Fall Off.’”

Elsewhere at the show, Drake further confirmed Cole’s announcement by confidently endorsing his project as “a classic.”

“The Fall Off” will follow 2021’s “The Off-Season,” which went on to debut at #1 and earn Cole a Grammy nomination for “Best Rap Album.” The 12-song collection boasts guest appearances from Lil Baby, 21 Savage and Morray with production assists from Timbaland, Boi-1da, DJ Dahi, Jake One and more.
