A woman who had relationships with both Mo3 and one of the individuals suspected in his killing took to the witness stand, expressing her suspicion over the timing of Mo3’s death after his departure from her residence.

The trial of Kewon White, one of the accused shooters in the murder of Texas rapper Mo3, began in Dallas on August 26. White faces charges of capital murder, with allegations he and Devin Brown, in association with Yella Beezy, were involved in the fatal shooting.

MO3’s Girlfriend Testifies In Dallas

During the initial day of the trial, Jocylynn Jackson, who has two children with Brown but was also involved with Mo3 at the time of his passing, provided her testimony. She recounted her relationship with Mo3 over the months prior to his murder, noting he spent his final night at her home and was slain less than an hour after leaving.

“I just knew it was something fishy,” she said.

When asked why she felt that way, Jackson said: “Because he was leaving my house and I just felt like somebody had something to do with it.”

Devin Brown faces charges as an accomplice in the case. According to investigators, he was inside the car with Kewon White when White got out and shot Mo3 on I-35 in Dallas on November 11, 2020. Brown was also reportedly seen on surveillance footage running towards Mo3 while wearing a ski mask during the incident.

Brown is presently incarcerated for unrelated federal gun and drug offenses. Yella Beezy is set to face trial following Kewon White.
