50 Cent revealed that he turned down a $3 million offer from Donald Trump and the Republican Party to perform at Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally on Sunday night (October 27).

Speaking to “The Breakfast Club,” the G-Unit head honcho discussed his decision to stay away from the politically charged event.

“I got a call. They wanted me for Sunday (Oct. 27),” 50 revealed in response to DJ Envy’s inquiry.

When asked about why he turned it down, he explained: “I’m afraid of politics. I do not like [any] part of politics. When you do get involved in it, no matter how you feel, someone passionately disagrees with you… I stay away from religion, [and] I stay away from politics.”

“They offered me $3 million,” 50 Cent revealed, while also confirming he had been asked to perform the song “Many Men.”

The Queens rapper added that he also steers clear of religion, alongside politics. “That’s the formula for the confusion that sent Kanye (West) to Japan. He said something about both of those things — and now he can only go to Japan,” he argued.
