50 Cent has insinuated that Floyd Mayweather, once his friend but now a rival, might be facing financial trouble.
The G-Unit head honcho shared a post on Instagram featuring a photo of a goblet allegedly owned by the former boxing champion, claiming it is being sold off.
In the post, 50 Cent commented: “Damn champ you pawning shit, they just hit me asking do I want it, they want 80K for it call my phone.”
Mayweather has garnered attention this year amid reports suggesting he is facing financial troubles. These claims originated from an article by Business Insider journalist Daniel Geiger, who alleged that Mayweather’s earlier announcement about acquiring a 62-building Manhattan real estate portfolio was fabricated and had never actually materialized.
While Mayweather has denied this, it hasn’t stopped people from calling him out.
The former boxing champ has yet to respond to the accusations concerning his finances or the goblet.
