Rick Ross recently put his Southwest Ranches property on the market through Sotheby’s International Realty.
The 14,000-square-foot estate boasts six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and spans across 2.3 acres in the prestigious Landmark Ranch Estates community.
This opulent home comes with a range of standout features, including soaring ceilings, elegant marble flooring, a lengthy private driveway, a resort-style pool, a soundproof theater, a custom bar, an advanced sound system, two offices, a separate two-bedroom guest house, and a nine-car garage.
The master bedroom is designed with luxury in mind — complete with a custom-built closet, sitting area, bonus room, and spa-inspired bathroom.
Originally owned by NBA All-Star Amar’e Stoudemire, Ross acquired the property in 2021 for $3.5 million in cash. Since then, the musician has made substantial upgrades, such as adding a striking double-R logo to the driveway and replacing the roof earlier this year.
Now, Rozay seeks to sell the upscale residence for a significant profit.
Despite selling this Florida property, Rick Ross remains the owner of his massive 322-acre estate in Georgia, famously referred to as “The Promise Land”.
The Georgia residence, purchased from former boxing champ Evander Holyfield in 2014 for $5.8 million, includes 109 rooms and houses the largest residential pool in the U.S., solidifying its status as one of the largest single-family homes in the state.
