Rakim, Kurupt, and Masta Killa have released a new single titled “Goin Down” to promote their upcoming album, “The Godbody”, set to launch on September 18, 2026.

This project follows the announcement and release of Rakim’s first solo track in fifteen years, “A Different Kind,” which garnered significant social media attention, providing fans with insight into his enduring influence in the hip-hop world.

The new single, “Goin Down,” showcases the talents of Rakim, Kurupt, and Masta Killa alongside West Coast mainstay Kokane. It is now accessible on all digital streaming platforms.

The project was meticulously recorded on both coasts, with Kurupt hailing from California and Masta Killa and Rakim from New York.
