When asked about her single “Miss No More”, Alana Monteiro shared: “My R&B single ‘Miss No More’ is a breakup song about moving on. The title means that the woman won’t miss her painful previous relationship. She won’t miss the toxic aspects that occurred in that relationship. It also means that she is no more of the person she used to be when she allowed what to occur in that relationship. She has evolved and discovered herself worth!”
The rising R&B songtress added, “I hope that the lyrics can inspire both women and men to give them the self confidence and self respect to move on to leave any toxic relationship that has nothing to offer but hurt and pain. The song also depicts to never return to the relationship again.”
Alana Monteiro has created a characteristic, eclectic vibe and sound over the past few years since she made her musical debut with her freshman single, “High,” in 2021. The single reached major popularity with nationwide radio airplay and major playlist features.
