Hip-Hop Soul artist Don Toliver is back with his latest single, “Deep In The Water.”
The track is joined by an atmospheric visual that sees Toliver on an emotional journey as he watches exclusive footage of real-life partner Kali Uchis and their newborn child.
“Deep in the water, far as I can see, deep in the water, through your pregnancy/ Sexy love, sexy love, yes, I know you are the rush, I’m f**king OD, yes, at the SLS, said you wanna take control of me/ Would I get all the answers?”
Before dropping the video, Uchis and Toliver shared a joint post on Instagram with clips of the couple holding their baby as “Deep In The Water” played in the background.

“You are everything we could have hoped for and more,” the couple wrote. “Thank you God for our beautiful healthy baby boy, and thank you all for the Good energy along the way. May our home and your homes forever be blessed with peace, happiness and health.”
Toliver is clearly back in album mode, one year after he released his third studio album “Love Sick” via Cactus Jack and Atlantic Records.
Don Toliver has slated a number of upcoming festival appearances, including top-billed performances at Hollywood Park, CA’s Rolling Loud California (March 17) and New York City’s The Governor’s Ball (June 9).
