Lil Baby has finally set a release date for his much-anticipated project, “The Leaks”.
Fans of the “Emotionally Scarred” artist can mark their calendars for next Wednesday, December 3 — the day also celebrating his 31st birthday.
Taking to Instagram, Lil Baby shared that “The Leaks” is intended as a tribute to his loyal supporters who kept the leaked snippets alive over time. As the title suggests, the project will primarily consist of tracks and teaser snippets that have been circulating online throughout the years.
Among the confirmed songs are several “Wham Wednesdays” releases such as “Try To Love,” “Otha Boy,” “Real S**t,” and the latest, “Middle of the Summer.” These were part of a tracklist Lil Baby shared back in September, though it remains uncertain if the lineup will undergo changes for the updated drop.
In preparation for “The Leaks”, he has already released “All On Me” featuring G Herbo and “Plenty,” which includes guest appearances from YTB Fatt and YFN Lucci. Although there’s speculation that “Plenty” may not make the final cut, fans can still stream it as a standalone track.
Earlier this year, Lil Baby released his fourth studio album, “WHAM”. The album included features from an array of artists, including Young Thug on his first post-incarceration feature “Dum, Dumb and Dumber,” as well as collaborations with GloRilla, Rod Wave, and 21 Savage.
