Ice Spice was involved in an unexpected altercation during a late-night visit to a McDonald’s in Hollywood early Wednesday (April 15), where what began as a casual snack quickly turned into a tense situation.

The rapper, originally from the Bronx, found herself in a physical dispute with another woman, an incident that has since gone viral through footage shared by TMZ.

Without any security personnel accompanying her, the video captures Ice Spice sitting with a friend in a booth, casually chatting over their meal. The incident unfolded when another customer approached them.

Reports suggest that the “Deli” artist declined the individual’s attempt to start a conversation, which led to a heated escalation.

“Where you from?” the fan repeatedly asked. To which Ice hilariously responded: “I’m from McDonald’s.”

The woman grew furious and slapped Ice Spice, triggering a chaotic scene. Ice reacted by leaping across tables, yelling at the offender. Meanwhile, another group of people became entangled in the commotion, which eventually spilled outside without being resolved.

Outside, Ice found herself in a separate intense argument with a man, further escalating the situation.

“Let me fight the bi—,” Ice insisted. “Let me fight her. On your momma, let me fight her. Let me fight the bi—. Why would you want to fight me? Are you a bi—? You’re 120 pounds, let’s get at it then! Y’all think because a bi— famous… F— you mean, what happened? Where she at?”

Video evidence captures the altercation escalating into physical violence, involving the male and female aggressors targeting Ice Spice, who was ultimately knocked to the ground. According to a claim by a friend of Ice Spice, the male assailant “pushed her.”

In a statement shared with Billboard on Friday, Ice Spice’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, confirmed that they are actively considering all possible legal measures to ensure the individuals involved are held accountable for their actions.

“The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all criminal and civil avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions,” Cohen said. “We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their apparent lack of appropriate security.”

The attorney continued, “Not to mention that the individuals involved obviously did not realize that we would get the video from inside the McDonald’s where the unprovoked attack occurred. They then turned their cameras on after the initial attack as if to set our client up, and as they say on the video to ‘go viral.’ The only thing that will be going viral for them is their mugshots.”

The woman involved in the incident, who introduced herself as Vayah, shared her perspective on the altercation during an interview with TMZ.

“Ice Spice was just being rude. She was like, ‘Why are you over here? You could leave,’” she said. “Then she calls me a bi—. So after she calls me a bi—, I hit her.”

Vayah claimed that Ice Spice picked up her friend’s phone and threw it, which resulted in a cracked screen.

“She lost a fan, I can’t listen the same to her anymore,” she said.
