Chris Brown has made his return with the release of his 12th studio album, “Brown”, which debuted on Friday (May 8).

The album title serves as a backronym for “Break Rules Only When Necessary” and features an expansive tracklist with a total of 27 songs.

“Brown” includes collaborations with a star-studded lineup of artists such as YoungBoy Never Broke Again, GloRilla, Vybz Kartel, Leon Thomas, Bryson Tiller, Tank, Fridayy, Sexyy Red, and Lucky Daye.

Sexyy Red expressed her excitement about being part of the project in a heartfelt Instagram comment on May 5, writing, “Dis is so tight thank u for having me apart of it I love you Bhrisssssss,” showcasing her gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to the album.

Among its extensive collection, the album features four previously released singles: “Obvious,” “Fallin’,” “Holy Blindfold,” and “It Depends.”

Adding to the excitement, Chris Brown is set to embark on the highly anticipated “R&B Tour” later this year alongside Usher. The duo will bring their iconic hits to audiences across North America with a 33-date journey that begins in Denver on June 26 and concludes in Tampa Bay, Florida, on December 11.

Fans can look forward to an unforgettable series of performances celebrating their contributions to the genre.
