A Las Vegas valet who previously accused rapper Quavo of assault is now pursuing legal action to collect a nearly $1.2 million judgment awarded to him in court.
Documents filed reveal that Antonio Lamar Henry recently petitioned the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, to acknowledge and enforce a judgment previously granted in Nevada against Quavo, whose full name is Quavious Marshall.
The lawsuit dates back to 2020, when Henry alleged that the Migos rapper assaulted him in 2018 while he was working as a valet at the Encore Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
Henry claimed that during an attempt to mediate an altercation, Quavo struck him, causing physical and emotional harm. Quavo denied the accusations and maintained his innocence.
The case eventually went to trial in Nevada, where a jury ruled in Henry’s favor. The verdict awarded him over $509,000 in compensatory damages, $150,000 in punitive damages, and additional costs such as pre-judgment interest, attorney fees, and court expenses, bringing the total judgment to $1,198,772.68.
The March 21, 2025, Nevada ruling not only held Quavo liable but also named co-defendants Lance Lavar Limerick and Romondo Arkell Brooks as jointly responsible for the payment.
Henry is now attempting to have the Nevada decision enforced in Georgia, where Quavo resides. On May 22, he filed documents in Fulton County requesting recognition of the Nevada judgment under Georgia’s Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Law.
The filing includes Quavo’s most recent address in Alpharetta, Georgia, highlighting that the original ruling involves a resident of the state.
