A lawsuit filed in Los Angeles by woman as “Jane Doe” details multiple allegations of assault and sexual battery, as well as claims that Soulja Boy, whose real name is DeAndre Cortez Way, failed to pay her wages.

The woman says that she was employed by the “Crank That” rapper as his personal assistant and accused the Chicago-born artist of multiple instances of assault and sexual battery, holding her against her will and refusing to pay her.

Now, the 30-year-old rapper has heavily denied the allegations.

I vehemently and unequivocally deny these allegations. I am in contact with my legal team and the appropriate legal action will be taken against these lies.

A rep for Soulja Boy also said,

Soulja would never put his hands on a female. He wouldn’t beat a woman or put his hands on a woman … this is non-sense!

The woman says she began working for the rapper in December 2018, where she was expected to clean, cook, chauffeur, style his hair and perform personal assistant tasks for him. Soulja allegedly agreed to pay her just $500 a week for her services despite being on call at all times.

Weeks into her employment, the Jane Doe claims the rapper began sending her “unsolicited pictures of his penis.” A consenusal relationship between the two ensued but she claims it turned violent in early 2019.

These abusive acts began on or around January 23, 2019 and included: numerous instances of physical violence (kicking, throwing, and punching), sexual assaults, spitting on her body, and threats of physical violence and death.
