Diddy is facing a new lawsuit in New York accusing him of sexually assaulting a minor, adding to recent legal challenges following similar allegations in Los Angeles.

A woman identified as Jane Doe alleges that in 2000, when she was 16 years old, the music mogul drugged and raped her after offering her a ride while she was walking home in Lower Manhattan.

The lawsuit, filed under New York City’s Gender Motivated Violence Protection Act, details claims that Diddy and two men approached the young woman in an SUV and repeatedly offered her a ride.

Despite initially declining, she eventually accepted, expecting to be dropped off near her home. However, the suit alleges the driver passed her destination, and Diddy handed her a drink that left her feeling disoriented and unable to resist. She claims she was taken to another location where the assault occurred before being left alone in her building’s lobby.

The lawsuit also names Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records, Combs Enterprises, and two unnamed employees as parties linked to the alleged incident.

Notably, this is not the first time Jane Doe has sought legal action against Diddy. The filing mentions a similar case that was dismissed without prejudice after being initially filed in 2026. However, it states that the current case is within the extended statutory window set to close in July 2027.

Her attorney, Michael F. Rubin, highlighted the sensitive nature of the allegations involving child sexual abuse and requested anonymity for his client. While the plaintiff seeks to proceed under the pseudonym “Jane Doe,” the document indicates her identity may be disclosed to Diddy’s legal team during discovery.
