Rick Ross is gearing up for a return to the spotlight this summer.
On June 11, Rozay shared that his highly anticipated album “Set in Stone” is set to drop on July 17 under Gamma.
The Maybach Music Group head has already kicked off the album’s promotion with the release of “Minks in Miami,” featuring French Montana and Max B. Fans won’t have to wait long for another taste, as Ross is releasing “Mahogany Caskets,” a collaboration with T.I., on June 12.
Ross and T.I. share a history of working together, having joined forces for tracks like “Pledge Allegiance” from T.I.’s 2010 album “No Mercy”. They’ve also been featured on massive hits including DJ Khaled’s “We Takin’ Over.”
Recently, actor Timothée Chalamet hailed the music video for “We Takin’ Over” as his personal pick for the “greatest video of all time.”
“Set in Stone” marks Rick Ross’s first full-length release in over five years, following his 2021 project “Richer Than I Ever Been”, which debuted at #22 on the Billboard 200.
Currently, the Miami-born rapper is embarking on his Port of Miami 20th Anniversary Black-Tie Experience Orchestra Tour. The North American celebration continues on June 12 with a stop in Atlanta.
